1995 – 2021: Officer/Director, Ag Resource Management, Inc.
Co-owner of one of the largest privately-owned farm management and real estate firms in the State of Illinois. Named as one of the top 100 farm & ranch management firms in the U.S. by Agri Finance Magazine.

1984 – 1994: Asst. Vice President & Farm Manager – Union National Bank of Macomb
Supervised all farm management functions of the department which covered a ten county area of West-Central Illinois. Maintained a superior record of compliance with all FDIC and OCC regulations.

1986 – Present: Member (Retired) – American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers
Achieved the Society’s highest designation of Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) in 1992 and is current with all continuing education requirements of the Society.

1997 – 2002: Director – Spoon River College Foundation Board

1996 – 2003: Member of C-FAR/WIU Proposal Review Committee
The committee reviews ag related research proposals for funding in Western’s Internal Competitive Grants Program

1995 – 1999: Director – McDonough County Cooperative Extension Service Council
The council reviewed fiscal and educational functions of the Cooperative Extension educators assigned to the county. Served as Chairman to the Council

1985 – 1990: Advisor – University of Illinois, Northwestern Illinois Agricultural Research and Demonstration Center
The committee which directs the research agenda for the center. Works closely with University of Illinois agronomy staff in analyzing research data and its application to commercial crop production.
